I made a mistake and you sold me a terrible piece of crap house in a crappy neighborhood! …The floors smell, the roof leaks, and the air conditioner works better as a heater.
What if real estate agents would be required to refund their customers if they weren’t happy?
What if real estate agents offered a 30 day, 60 day, or 90 day guarantee?
Would real estate agents be seen as more trustworthy and honest?
Would we trust real agents more because guarantees provide piece of mind?
Would a real estate agent still let you pay more than a home is worth if they would have to buy it back from you if you weren’t 100% satisfied?
A lot of products come with guarantees. Real estate does not.
I know a good deal when I see one. When showing homes, I don’t like every home I see…
Some homes are just a home. Some homes are masterpieces with all the finishing details, upgrades, and jaw dropping Gulf of Mexico views with outdoor kitchens.
Some homes are really impressive and they cost small fortune… That’s ok. Some homes are affordable and serve a purpose… shelter, near work, and enough bedrooms for a growing family. That’s ok.
I wish as a real estate agent I could guarantee you’d love your home. It would be nice to be able to buy it back from you if you didn’t like it.
